Access to 24/7 parts price & availability
Get real-time, accurate parts and pricing information before placing the order. Caterpillar’s Hosted Catalog (Punchout) even links with SIS (Service Information System) for a more defined parts searching experience.
Maintain internal parts catalog
Ensure the customer system’s catalog is up to date with the latest information from Peterson based on Cat IP transaction data.
Place a parts order
Easily create and place orders directly in the customer system, using Cat IP to automatically transmit orders over to Peterson.
Post-order transactions
Confirm order details or timing using Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) and receive electronic parts invoices.
