Cat Certified Rebuild (CCR)

With a Cat Certified Rebuild, your machine gets a second life at a fraction of the cost of buying new. During the rebuild process, over 350 tests are administered on a machine, critical engineering updates are implemented, and approximately 7,000 parts are automatically replaced. At the end of the rebuild, you get a like-new machine with a warranty.

Cylinders:

  • Cylinder inspection – Complete tear-down with firm quote for required repairs
  • Light honing – provided on all cylinder repairs to insure maximum seal ability while yielding industry leading life cycle costs
  • Heavy honing – extends barrel life by correcting surface irregularities or cylinder wall damage
  • Re-tubing – custom made replacements to OEM specifications for cylinders with extensive damage
  • Re-roding – on-site rod fabrication to OEM specifications, using in-house inventory of metric and standard rod stock for quick turnaround
