Ryan Nelson is Peterson’s Digital Technology Specialist, supporting customers by determining which Cat technology tool (fleet management/condition monitoring/ecommerce) is best for their application; he then enrolls and trains them in the tool(s) use. These tools ensure a better customer experience and reduced maintenance cost throughout the equipment lifecycle!
Ryan joined Peterson in 2006 in the Portland service department. He was later promoted to Part Counter Salesman in the Portland Parts Department. In 2014, Ryan was named e-Customer Support Representative, a position in which he excelled and grew Peterson’s online parts sales dramatically for nearly seven years.
