Cat Service Information System (SIS) is the electronic service tool that covers all information for Cat products from 1977 to today. From SIS, you can identify and add parts to a SIS shopping cart, then bring your cart over to Parts.cat.com when you are ready to order and check-out. Caterpillar has now released the new SIS 2.0, with enhanced search features, seamless navigation across parts, and a new look and feel that is mobile friendly.

Get Access to SIS 2.0

If you had access to SIS previously: your access should automatically update to SIS 2.0.
If you have never accessed SIS: First, register and create an online account on Parts.cat.com. Then contact Peterson Cat to find out about subscription details. They will need to connect your online account with your Peterson Cat account. (Please allow us a day to do this).
Finally, you must be logged into the Parts.cat.com site – and click on SIS in the top menu bar.
